The customer may provide the material, or we can supply if you’d prefer. Match or coordinate your cushions to some Sew Lovely By Kelly curtains or roman shades!

How The Ordering Process Works

We make custom cushion covers in any size using any fabric.

We mostly work with customer supplied fabric from any website or store sent directly to us! So you have unlimited fabric choices!

At this time, we do not supply foam but you can purchase your own custom foam sent directly to you HERE. They have great prices, ship quickly and many budget friendly and high quality foam options (indoor and outdoor).

To order custom covers… Select the closest measurements listed to your cushion size and “add to cart.” Don’t worry if you don’t see your exact size listed. You will give us the exact size you need in the notes section, including the thickness.

We will email you after purchasing and let you know how many yards of fabric you’ll need for your cushion project. PLEASE ALLOW UP TO ONE WEEK TO HEAR BACK FROM US ON HOW MUCH YARDAGE TO SEND. We are rather busy, so we cannot always email right away after the order is placed. You would send it directly to us from any vendor or directly from your home if you prefer . We also have fabric for sale on our website and vendors that we like to use. If you find one on our site that you like you can order it on our website, as well.

For a rough estimate on how much fabric you will need for your project, please check out Sailrites Fabric Calculator found here. On average, most bench cushions need about 2 yards per cushion and smaller dining chair cushions require about 1 yard per cushion. You’ll need a little more fabric if you decide to do piping (the decorative cording that goes around the edge).

When choosing fabric for cushions, you should think about the above (pattern direction). Standard bolts of fabric are 54” wide. We will turn this fabric sideways (railroaded photo #2) to accommodate the cushion length and to avoid a seam. View fabric here.
